Refund Policy
At Eswar Oils, we are committed to providing our customers with quality products. If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, defective, incorrect, expired, or does not match your order, you may be eligible for a refund.
Refunds may be provided in the following situations:
- The product received is damaged or leaking.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product is defective or has a verified quality issue.
- The product is expired or has an incorrect expiry or best-before date.
- The quantity received is different from the quantity ordered.
- The product received does not match the description or specifications displayed on our website.
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers may be required to provide valid payment details to process the refund. The time taken for the refund to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.
If Eswar Oils is unable to fulfil an order due to product unavailability after payment has been received, the affected order or item may be cancelled and the applicable amount will be refunded.
Eswar Oils reserves the right to investigate and reject fraudulent, misleading, or repeated refund claims that appear to constitute misuse of this policy.
