When you use OTP login, we use your phone number to send and verify the OTP. When you place an order, we store product, quantity, price, address, delivery status, and payment reference details required to complete the order.
How We Use Your Information
- To register or verify your account using OTP.
- To process cart, checkout, Cash on Delivery orders.
- To notify customers, delivery partners, and administrators about order status.
- To improve product availability, delivery experience and offers.
Payments
Eswar Oils currently supports Cash on Delivery for customer orders. We do not collect or store card numbers, UPI PINs, net banking passwords, CVV details, or online payment credentials.
For Cash on Delivery orders, payment status is recorded as unpaid until payment is collected as part of the delivery or order process. We may store COD status, order ID, order amount, and delivery details needed to complete and reconcile the order.
Delivery Address And Location
We use your delivery address, latitude, and longitude to estimate serviceability, assign delivery partners, calculate delivery information, and complete doorstep delivery. Delivery partners receive only the information required to deliver the order and contact the customer when necessary.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect customer information. No online system is completely risk-free, so customers should keep OTPs and account access.
Data Retention
We keep account, order, COD status, and delivery records for as long as needed for service delivery, accounting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and business records. We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer required.
Your Choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements. You can also contact us to update account details, delivery addresses, or communication preferences.
Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for customers who can lawfully place orders and make payments. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent.
